The Gold tenements are worth something! Let’s get this deal done and out the way, refresh everyone with the progress thus far at Croydon. I would expect a re-rate at some point. A cashed up explorer with great recent drill results ( drilling from 2020). Back then the Iron ore project wasn’t a priority and I had expectations the share price should be 10c, at the time the share price was 1.6c. We then had a share price consolidation of 17:1 which then took our share price to 28c. Basically we are trading (with a bit of dilution ) at the same level as 2020.
The Croydon follow up drilling campaign to the great results in the 2020 was mentioned a lot in subsequent quarterly reports, that it was being planned, but never eventuated as the Robe Mesa project become priority maybe due to gold being weak and iron ore being at record levels.
There is certainly value in the Top camp and Bottom camp ( Croydon), at the moment there is no value in a share price sense.
I thought back then that we would 5 bag from where we were, so I’m expecting a 5 bag from here today IMHO. Conservatively! Not advice just my speculative thoughts.
