As far as I know based on their previous announcements, CAPEX should more or less been accounted for and they just need funding for their working capital until cash revenue kicks in hopefully in six months' time. They also mentioned discussions with interested parties who can provide funding for it including government grant. Plus, they have sales contracts in place that they may use as leverage if they opt for debt funding. Hopefully they don't go via CR road.
