I think you're right Quakers. Assuming their figures are somewhat correct in terms of all-up costs, they do have some pretty sound contracts that could be used as leverage. Re-negotiation may also be key.
They've given themselves some time here. The Thursday before Easter, so Wed. is the potential re-opening day, although a suspension is possible.
If it is a CR of some sort, it 'll be interesting if Shaw & Partners may be engaged.
I personally would have thought that if was a substantial raising, that they may have gone too early, but I have no idea here regarding any details and I'm not 100% that any placement is coming.
It may well be debt, or the selling of sales contracts.
