I am not a fundamental analyst and primarily make my decisions as a chartist. Having said that the consolidation followed by a dramatic fall in price shows that insiders and large investors knew the enterprise is parlous. There have been many changes at the management level and a novel method of extraction is fine for a very large enterprise but going "all in" on that was unwise. The sector is also not that healthy made worse by the geopolitical climate. I've also never understood why an American enterprise remained listed in Australia when it would have more funds available to it on the NYSE. . Sorry ToiletPaper, I have no idea about the ins and outs of fundamental issues with PEN. I was just interested because when I was younger the same sort of s**t happened with PEN and always does.
