Id like to warn people about entering into PEN at this current time.

it COULD be a great opportunity however this company is by no means climbing out of this hole any time soon. My best advice would be to wait until further news comes about their financing and likely CR prices. This could mean you miss out on buying the dip however patience is always the key in these situations.

i see this stock staying low for quite some time and it won't recover until the CR has finished. I believe that the CR won't be happening too soon, as everyone will be emotionally buying right now, which presents badly to the big players seeking opportunistic low prices. I expect that this CR won't come out until this SP stabilizes, so they can discount it further.

also I'm glad that everyone else is waking up to these perma bulls spouting nonsense. A few weeks ago it seemed like it was just You3ate and I but it's good to see everyone else shutting down this rubbish
