    I don't think they will want to part with their hard earned cash on a buyback.

    However, if they have another investor lined up to invest in the project, this investor will not want to be able to invest until the $45M redeemable note liability is removed from over the company's head.

    This can only be good news, but what the news is going to be well we will find out shortly I expect. They have to restructure these notes to go forward.
