The company's strategy over the last four years appears to have involved pursuing popular commodities, first lithium (because PLS) and then gold (because NWC).
Despite at least three capital raises totaling over $10 million, these efforts haven't yielded any discoveries or significant drilling activity. This lack of tangible progress is particularly disappointing when viewed against the backdrop of the S&P 500's substantial growth during the same time frame.
Previous assurances regarding no further capital raises, linked to directors accepting shares for salary, have also been contradicted. While I generally exercise patience, the consistent failure to capitalize on market trends and the absence of any positive results raise serious questions about the company's direction and capabilities. The success of PLS now seems like an isolated event rather than indicative of broader strategic acumen.
Having held on to the shares for more than 4 years, I feel that it is time to move on and as I have iterated earlier will look for an exit shortly..
