3 things I’ll be looking for in the announcement
1) directors participating in the raise
2) at least 1 of the top 3 shareholders(leinert, Lowell resources fund or NST) participating in the raise
3) funds going towards the start up to mining/processing…..not just further exploration.

If we don’t see at least 2 of those ticked in the official announcement then it feels like monetisation is still a way off and this is just a kick in the guts at a time the share price was finally recovering.
I understand needing to raise before funds are too low but they still have $5mill in the bank and haven’t seen anything more than a AC rig for what seems like an eternity.
