Scenario A - raise prior to bullish results
Risking legal action by leaking information to a broker to do a raise at a discount to current prices lets say 5 cents for them to then dump them hard in the first couple of days post trading halt. Good deal for broker but terrible for AVM and shareholders.
Scenario B - Raise prior to bearish results
More likely that AVM know results of hole 4, know that it’s nothing great and want to raise cash while share price is up to minimise dilution. Seen it many times before.
