Even though that FQM arrangement collapsed it was actually pretty good for us from what I recall.. FQM in the end pretty much just donated free drilling money to us then got in trouble in panama and had to walk away from our deal after getting the encouraging results as you mentioned.. No issues with out side of the deal or the project itself.

That must have been frustrating really. I wondered at the time why they didnt just hang on onto it.. In FQM terms it wasnt a lot of money but had comparitively attractive and impoving upside.. at the same time as their panama efforts were coming into stormy waters you'd think you wouldnt want to throw the baby out with the bathwater so to speak.. Its not like the single digit(?) millions that they commited to drilling would have rescued their balance sheet after the panama fiasco .. but hey what would I know.. SFA probably.. but either way they ended up just giving as a bit of drilling charity money then moved on with nothing to keep for their efforts.. so thanks FQM, very good of you to do that. Who knows.. maybe its them coming back to carry on where they left off. that would be ironic..

Either way.. my completely subjective feeling is that this is not going to be a huge sp moving announcement as some people here seem to think. Probably give use a bit of a shove but no oil strke sorry pete.. Could be wrong of course, and would love to be, but I think its going to be 2 related deals out of that bunch that cpago mentioned. That is good, but will not be earth shattering, but could lay the groundwork for futher success from them, which could be fantastic down the line.. Not much of a prediction really then is it? It matters not though.. It will be what it will be on the day and our guesses are just good amusement to fill in the time before we know for sure.

Its all speculation, by myself and by the nature of the investment too .. but either way, the macro winds seem to be shifting rather well and we are in a great position here to thrust further forward and to eventually regain the ATH or beyond. Very glad I FOMO'd in significanty at the low 1c mark. We seem to be stacking good news on top of good news lately.. bit by bit its bringing back the positive sentiment that will eventually force open the floodgates and free us from the shackles of single digit SP.

Time will tell.. but regardless, I actually love this phase of investing in speccys.. the waiting for the non cash raise enticing kind of announcements to break .. the speculation as to what they might entail.. its like spinning a dice in a gambling sense, waiting for the outcome.. but in this case our dice spins for a couple of days while we wait, prognosticate and salivate over our fate until the announcment date.
