I think they'll mainly pay off debt. Beyond that I doubt the explanation will be more detailed than working capital for Stockman/Jaguar. Raising $70 million does appear worth it to stop bleeding $17 million per year in interest payments. Shares on issue are likely to rise by around 50%...so 1 for 2 to avoid dilution.
