Time will tell, but I'm hopeful they'll be able to get this away at $0.175 (400 million shares to raise $70 million). The last capital raise was deeply discounted because it was an emergency measure of a company with a liquidity crisis. This one looks like a measure they've chosen to undertake to ensure that profits flow to the company rather than paying an extortionate interest rate on debt. It adds $17 million per year to the bottom line, which is very significant for a company whose market cap is $184 million.
Time will tell, but I'm hopeful they'll be able to get this...
