The timeline would align, given the Pilot Rig Testing Program which was described as "flawless" was completed and announced by Hazer on March 4th.
And as FortisBC was running feasibility studies for site selection that element may have been finalised & the commercial-scale reactor can advance toward installation/operations.
It's just speculation on my part but logically the timeline would make it a possibility.
