I think the update was because options expired and they raised their target, also after getting some visuals on the pipeline..

2 days is normal for trading halt. I dont think they're stringing it along. There is likely some finalisation/ negotiations.

i think the key words here are to 'accelerate scale up'
Not offtakes. Not their normal licensing model. And 'material'
which to me implies cash.
Upfront? equity stake? For some sort of a joint development project. And even if we need to raise funds for this scale up opportubity i still think its a positive move.
