Where exactly does the new General Manager fit in all this? From what I’m seeing, there’s a lot of movement behind the scenes but quite a few recent hires appear to be ex-Tesserent, and the experience level (at least from what’s visible on LinkedIn) seems pretty thin for a company in this sector. Are we seeing a ‘friends and favourites’ reshuffle rather than merit-based growth? Hard to see how this adds value unless there’s something we’re not being told. Investors should be paying close attention to how governance and capability are being managed as the company scales.
