They have upcoming payments to complete acquisition of CBIT due in June/July. $750k plus the bonus based on the achieved EBITDA, at least another million from memory. That part was known.
Regarding the facility, they stated they would be entering a lease arrangement with the owners- circa $500k per year. For that much rent I don't think they are funding the build itself but that part was not clear who actually owns it.
