My money, so to speak, is on the liquidation of GOR's stake in DEG. With the transaction details long finalized I think this is a heads up. The "change of control" is about the DEG shares changing hands from GOR to NST. It is most certainly material to GOR's treasury and perhaps the halt is to ensure an orderly transfer without a needless equity upset (pesky traders). OR. Something else, eg. acquisition.
