This afternoons media said an improved offer of the previous $3.3 billion bid. That bid included all GOR assets including their stake in DEG. That DEG stake becomes a 5% stake in NST from this coming Monday.
So is it a new bid for all GOR assets or just the 50% of Gruyere??. GF would surely offload the other rats and mice tenements held by GOR. And why would they keep a 5% holding in NST?.
I can see a few changes happening this month.
