They had about 2 quarters of cash reported in the quarterly last week so it didn't take a genius to work out they were likely going to raise. 30c raise is a good price and will remove the reason for people to sell. If you look back at when they last raised in Sept or thereabouts last year, it was actually the catalyst for the move to over 30c from around 15c so CRs don't have to be a negative for the share price.
