    For Music Well acquisition, I did think it was a strategic consolidation and AUG being a investment vehicle. I think the coming one is the same given that low profile TH. The game behind will be interesting given that not much cash left in the company account. So CR would be imminent, IMO. He might look after his guys to issue shares at 2.5 cents. He could also push up the SP then do CR with good story and sharks behind.
