    agreed - incredibly strange that they would announce this to the market this morning given the SPP (they could argue it was possibly going to leak and/or there was a deadline to respond, but all parties would have been aware of the SPP timing and I imagine it is not possible to withdraw that and/or looked at very unfavourably by retail investors given the institutions got their shares.....not to mention management as well)
