Anyone looking at the content in the other posts would have seen that the CR was an inevitability - whilst I initially thought it wasn't, the release around the minimal gold sale due to fines challenges, and the exhaustion of the con notes, meant cash was obviously critical.

There's 2 ways to play this:
    • High risk - raise nothing. Hope that the stope delivers AND you can concentrate ore from a new source AND sell it in time AND carry on happy
    • Low risk - raise. No risk of going bust, assume that your planned strategy will deliver cash very soon and that you start to build a kitty that allows you to approach broader opportunities sooner.

To me, the High Risk is relatively low *incremental* reward over the Low Risk / CR option.

    No brainer

Don't know terms, agree that options aren't really necessary here whilst I would want them if I were in.

Again, necessary smart raise, I've no issues and now we're through the prologue, this is the beginning of VTX Book 1 - 30,000oz

Book 2 is 50,000oz p.a. and I hope to read that within 12 months
