Not entirely bad terms. The SP will pull back a touch and give retail an opportunity to buy lower (and we have seen those lowers in the past 3 weeks)
That said. This better be the last CR ever! It's a significant amount considering time frame to mining and pour.
Hopefully there is an intent of hiring more teams and surpassing the initial 30k oz start up and just digging in.
Still maintaining a Hold at this point....
