Currently, as it stands, there are 191m existing shares with 71m in the money options with the potential for the creation of 94m shares based on performance rights and 25c options expiring mid 2026. Assuming, that bucks369 is correct regarding the CR terms, that'd bring the total amount of potential shares (fully-diluted) post cash raise to be ~430m. The dilution is substantial - can somebody confirm the terms of the deal? If not, I suppose we'll find out by the time Monday rolls around.
I'd be keen to hear @Wack's opinion on the cash-raise, as this dilution has the potential to significantly erode the future share price.
