if they (pek) can pull this deal together without any other financial caveats/encumbrances that us shareholders dont know about I will eat humble pie, man up and apologise.
its a great deal and I didn’t think these halfwhits could pull it off.
My only concerns is they aren’t straight shooters (they’re former bankers and imo have not looked after shareholders in recent years) and there are other conditions, fin burdens attached to it. We will find out Wednesday morning I guess.
