What would "another capital raise" be for? I might be wrong but I believe Beta Cell hold the patents for using a matrix, such as BTM/MTX as a delivery system. So it will most likely be them, not PNV, who will fund the trials. And good chance this could be supported by Novo Nordisk (as they already have a relationship with Beta Cell) and PNV would probably just continue to supply their product FOC.
