I disagree tbh. I'm off the opinion it would be sooner. If someone is interested enough, they'd make an indicative non-binding offer pending site visits (that would allow the other parties to either show their cards/interest). They've had enough time to have a reasonable enough understanding over the years. But I've been wrong before. On the other hand if you wanted to get it cheap and were in no hurry, you'd drag it out and wait out the others to get less competitive.
