In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Jupiter Mines Limited (ASX:JMS) (Company) hereby
requests that the Company’s securities be placed in a trading halt, effective immediately.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company:
(a) is seeking the trading halt to assist in managing its disclosure obligations in relation to a
proposed transaction by third parties in respect of the Tshipi manganese mine and shares in
the Company, and maintaining an orderly market in the trading of the Company’s shares, and
to ensure that trading does not take place in an uninformed market;
(b) requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of:
(i)
the commencement of normal trading on [Thursday, 15 May 2025]; or
(ii) the Company making an announcement to the market regarding the Proposed
Transaction; and
(c) expects to make an announcement to the market regarding the proposed transaction before the
commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 15 May 2025.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other
information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
