If Gupta was not the legal owner of the port he cannot pass on ownership
to anyone. I'm sure the legal case here will be much more complicated than this. I would also assume that NRW lawyers researched all of this before excepting or presenting this legal paperwork. So as long as they did their job, the company should be in safe hands.
