I was CEO of a public company. You seem to think the loss is just monetary. It is far deeper than that, particularly if the security turns out to be no good. It's a huge black mark against the management and directors of the company that they allowed a debt to get so out of control. Are there more sleepers? Will the market still have confidence in the management? Monadelphous has always traded at a significant premium to NWH because it's seen to have the best management in the sector. Currently, perennial disappointer MAH is trading at a small premium to NWH.
