Like your optimism Sabine and hope you are right!! If it's only on operational control of the ports then what does that mean for the ownership transfer and do NRW securites over Whyalla Ports under the previous owner then transfer to Onesteel or the Govt? NRW is sorting through all this I guess. Lawyers will be busy. I get there's little sympathy for Gupta at this point but NRW seem to be in the firing line as collateral damage?
