    I put in a bid for more as well—held my breath and sent it through because I genuinely think the company needed the funds and the opportunity was well priced.
    The fact the raise closed early and was apparently well oversubscribed is a real positive. Why? It clears the overhang of “can they raise?” and lets the market now focus squarely on clinical data—which is already starting to come through (ADVENT AML update was very encouraging—2 of 3 CRi).

    Also worth noting: the structure and timing of the options—exercise window + piggyback clause—strongly suggests management expects a meaningful inflection point in the next few months. They wouldn't have pitched it that way if they didn’t think there was upside near-term.Yes, dilution sucks—but starving the trials would’ve been worse. It’s a biotech, not a dividend stock. Happy to back it if they’re delivering results.All IMO. Holding.
