    The offered retail shares at .005c with a free option. If this had been taken, the 708s wouldn't have been needed. They have accessed $4 million in undilutive funding. They have been doing all they can to keep this show on the road. Retail didn't want to support that.

    They need the money now to finance the trial. They have a waitlist of patience waiting to be dosed. They have said they are very close to having enough data to partner. Now they have the funds to do that.
