    Why wasn't the SP allowed to run?

    And on the announcement of a Complete Response ,, why the 50% discount? so if CHM shares had been at $12 Management see $6 as a prudent strategy for SH Value???

    Funny as I haven't seen Neuren ever carry out a 50% discount in a CR situation ,,,

    The BOD will have to answer some simple but significant questions....
