• Capital raising strongly supported by institutional, sophisticated, and professional
investors, with investor allocations scaled back due to excess demand
• Cornerstone support from a US-based family office
• Funds will primarily support advancement of CHM CDH17
• Placement comprises two tranches at an issue price of $0.004 per share
• Options with piggyback right provide potential for the Company to raise significant
additional capital
• With the funds raised, Chimeric intends to terminate the Placement Agreement with
Lind Global Fund II, LP (see ASX announcement 23 June 2023)
