My thought is that the Company is in such a fragile position any type of action will see potential further investment dry up and that gives the BOD an escape "We tried our best but further funding to pursue additional trials was not forthcoming"...
Ip packaged up with the photo copier and desks and a couple of mobile phones ,,, then bought by ???? for $27 at the liquidation sale..
Only way is to watch this unfold ,, those that made the decisions that placed the Company in the current predicament will go down in History ... as the Management Team that Managed CHM into Oblivion or sold a $14m Company for Hundreds of Millions.... Not long to wait now..
