That's why I don't like SPP and I didn't participate in the last raise due to that. Most of the time the share price will fall under the CR price and majority of shareholders would not participate which will leave a shortfall. But in this current raise with no SPP I have place a bid. It is cheaper and faster way to raise capital and more importantly they usually raise the minimum amount they require.
