I have invested in Hopper comps since 2015. During 2015 until about 2021, when the sun was shining for all sorts of tech comps, he had no problems to secure funding. But even then, he had a big affection for giving about 30% discounts. Now that became a problem when raising became trickier. He has never ever tried to demand what the science would have deserved, he isn't able / not capable to do so. That's why he accepted deals with Lind and Belll Potter as well as Regal who then shorted the hell out of the 3 comps. Last year, in January, RAD's CEO had enough and took him, quote RAD CEO "at 55!" investor and pharma presentations, to secure the Lantheus / US funds deal. Where's a will, there's a way. Hopper must go or at least leave the finance side to someone else more capable and willing to fight for fair value.
Even ALA's Baker, fired by Hopper off RAD, has been able to secure $12.5m for actually nothing to show for. If he can, why can't Hopper?
I would easily accept the Hopper way if the assets were just crap, worth nothing. But according to all scientists and clinical staff involved the opposite seems to be the case. The 3 comps need a fighter, not a wimp. If Dr Bec can secure a total of $5.6m donations how in the world can't Hopper get a raise at 1c done based on the latest success!
Hopper must be replaced, simple.
