If you could answer this for me: How am I supposed to secure the support of major shareholders when the Company breaches the Corporations Act and refuses my request for a copy of the register?
As far as ASIC goes, they investigate less than 1% of complaints that are lodged. With such little regulatory oversight, company director's know this and just do what they please with no fear of any governance.
I have no knowledge of the AICD handbook I'm sorry. I don't use motherhood statements either.
And as far as all of the Director's walking out should a 249D application get up, then good riddance I say. It will not be fatal because I wouldn't go into this without a forward plan. That would be financial suicide. I do not contemplate an entire 'Board spill' - just selective removals to benefit the Company moving forward.
I respect your opinions, however based on your comments, I feel that you are a part of the company or close to it.
