Any publicity is good publicity I guess, although, they could have spent a bit more time researching their article:
It is not a phase IIb, it is a 1b, and
the article made it sound like the first patient (of the three) dosed in February (not June 2024) was one of the 20 to be enrolled in total and 12 of the 20 already being enrolled by December 2024, however, the first patient was part of the 3 patient dose level 1 escalation cohort (completed in June 2024), completed dose level 2 in October 2024 (another 9? patients - total enrolment estimated is 32 patients, less dose level 1 3 patients and escalation 20 patients). The 3 out of 20 patients are the (final) expansion cohort, which started recruiting patients in mid December.
Maybe another paragraph or two could have made it clearer for readers to understand.
