If Cosette come back with a revised price lower than the original $7.40 then I believe our board should REJECT the offer and encourage all shareholders to do so.
I don't care if we have to sink $6M or so, by the sound of it Cosette have already spent $15M on the due diligence from that article. They have a larger amount to lose then us.
Our Board should be on notice, act and defend our original offer at minimum.
The price negotiated at first is the price, who on earth signs a contract to buy an asset like a house and then comes back before approvals and settlement and says umm, sorry I think I have paid a little to much please discount the price for me to proceed.
Cosette you are dreaming if you think any retail will vote yes to a reduced offer.
