@Dickyboy Think you're right what you say and obviously given what's happened taking the $7.40 too paid off handsomely for you , thought so at the time , would have followed you but wrongly believed $7.40 in the bag ( its not) just needed to wait a bit longer for it provided those against offer were not successful stopping the takeover from happening , reasoned OK either way if offer rejected and provided earnings impressive IF so better offer possible might actually recover more of my heavy loss ( yeah a bird in hand ) Then whats happens bloody FDA and earnings ? come into play . Could be a real chance offer off the table HOPE NOT , still believe Cosette could has a case for breaking the offer contract and can we afford to fight / lose if we go through the legal process of stopping them when could go either way , why not + we still have have our involvement ( collusion ) together with other drug companies in the States to deal with , pretty sure that hasn't gone away .
