I reckon this is headed to the courts with Cosette to offer a lower price to get the Mayne Pharma Board back in the takeover tent, thus avoiding a messy, extensive court proceedings.
What is it with this bloody company? I personally was very disappointed with the Q3 results and update. Perhaps the US economy is not performing or MYX shareholders have been filled with bullshit stories from the Chairman, CEO and CFO as to the improving MYX performance. Time will tell.
