I think it was a brilliant move, and it has yielded a fantastic result. The timing was great - get to 18c (due to results anticipation), then raise at 15c! Its better than raising while you are at 10c!
Those who are worried it might get back down to 15c - that's true! But it did go down to 12c recently anyway, so 15c is better!
I can understand the argument that preferred waiting for the results, but i also see that any uncertainty from those results (such as being effective as a prophylactic, but ineffective as a treatment), could cause a share price cash, certainly in the short term, making any further raise (which we know is needed to advance Gal), messy!
