Surely if the license was under direct threat they would have to specify that in the trading halt notification.

i went through the same thing with BKT the last few weeks (Tanzania) and whilst it ended up being Ok, they were quite up front about the special mining license in the initial TH.

I suspect this will be ok as Arrow are going as fast as they can and they're actually reviving a dormant tenement.

Still, you never can be sure with Africa. Fingers crossed.
