According to the March webinar, the code filing was set up for a meeting in May which was to be "a negotiation", any interested party (inc. competition) could submit, and EIQ would submit clinical evidence and support. From there it was expected an "outcome in June/July". There is an appeal process. Seems strange, following a negotiation, that the AMA would simply produce an accept/reject matrix to inform parties of the outcome?
