I agree @Geeenius but we are not staying in the game with a change in control transaction ... or its hard to see how we stay in the game.

So NWC doesn't incur the Capex spend and the time value of money that the purchaser would and hence why full value wont be realized. Plenty of charts like Foran - but you have to remain in the game to realize the result - like Foran has (plus they have gold plated investors like Agnico Eagle and Pierre Lassonde of Lassonde Curve fame).

It's a disappointment if we don't stay the course given the statements mgmt made, but then again we are all here to make money and the old adage applies.
