This explains why the management has been agressively assigning rights/options to themselves since March. Total 44 million was issued/to-be-issued. I guess in June 5 voting, SHs should veto the above 32 million options.
CAML is also a microcap company, but much better run. With their scale, it's hard for them to offer much more. Even though disappointed for most of NWC holders, who expect to achieve multiple bags' return, it may be an ok way-out to some as under this management it's hopelessly slow in project progressing and the dilution rate is excruciatingly terrible.
