    Basically, the cashflow expected from gold operations are slow to hit the accounts, and HRZ needs to get going with drilling, etc, etc.

    Overall, it's a positive, as maybe things can be done in an expedited fashion with the funds available immediately.

    Meanwhile, GOLD is just about to start climbing again...
