The placement may be above the 10% capacity to raise without shareholder approval plus the additional 15% capacity approved at the last AGM. Already near 10% used with Golden Crane Holdings and not sure about the Nebari conversion of just under 10% when finalised, so looks like this will need a general meeting of shareholders.
